Fender Hot Rod DeVille 212 amp is no longer available. A big Thanks goes out to the infamous guitar Dr.Preston for his continued support.

fully checked it out, re soldered the whole back jack panel (a problem
area on this type, but not with this one), and verified the bias. The
tubes are low mileage and running like new. The whole amp is in mint
condition inside and out. Also internally braced the foot switch - a
mod I have performed for several JCM2000 owners due to weaknesses in
the initial design, now not a problem on this one. I would say the amp
is "better than new." in all respects. A modified amp footswitch with
colored LED's to match the channel colors on the front panel - handy in
the dark. Also an added "de-fizz" switch. When on the LEAD channel, you
can select the 'up' position for the stock circuit and sound. With the
switch 'down' you get a little taming of the fizz. Very simple circuit
mod which in the 'up' position is 100% factory sound. (All it does is
hybrid the LEAD & CRUNCH channels on one gain stage to mellow it
out a bit.)$1250.00
This
is a Vintage 1984 Yamaha G100-212-S3. It was Yamaha's flagship 100watt combo in the
early 80's. The "S" designation is for the upgraded 3113 speakers.
Another original owner piece of great gear from Greg's guitars.
Everything it came with new is still with it (footswitch, manual). I
have checked it out and cleaned it top to bottom both cosmetically and
electronically. It performs like new. This was Yamaha's competition for
Roland's JC-120. Known for solid-state clean tone. The overdrive
channel also provides a very smooth yet edgy solid state distortion,
good for alternatives and metal, sustains very nicely for leads. A
modified the speaker configuration to support either a 16 ohm 2x12
connection or 4 ohm 2x12 connection. Also, the speakers may be split to
run one at a time at 8 ohms each. ( did this to support two amps going
into the cabinet at once). I included a diagram of how to use the jacks
& switch. It's pretty self explanatory.$435.00
